[Qgis-user] Romanian INSPIRE Geoportal

Hi,

I  would like to connect to the Romanian INSPIRE Geoportal using QGis. This
geoportal use ESRI REST services and I don't find any information
concerning the existence of a WMS service. I tried to access to this
geoportal using GDAL WMS sample (
http://www.gdal.org/frmt_wms_arcgis_mapserver_tms.xml) and the service
specification available on internet (
http://geoportal.ancpi.ro/imggis/rest/services/,) but without success.

Someone has some experience accessing such kind of geoportal ?
