[Qgis-user] PROBLEMS WITH POSTGIS CONNECTION QGIS 1.8

Hi,
Am having problem connecting postgis database in qgis. Anytime i  connect to the database I get the this error message " password authentication failed for user. However the same password is able to access the same database at the command-line.

I need help.
