[Qgis-user] Question

Try turning on "Enable on the fly CRS Transformation'

If that doesn't work....

Try defining your Uploaded Delimited text file as WGS 84 (EPSG 4326)

If that doesn't work.....

Check your file to make sure your Longitude is negative and Latitude is 
positive.

If that doesn't work.....

Add your text file then your vector file (check the projection on your 
vector file) and make sure On the fly CRS is enabled.

Hopefully that helps some.
