[Qgis-user] Correct definition of a sql filter in a datasource inside a qgis project

Hi,
I have a qgis project (verson 2.10).

I see it correctly, or almost I guess it could be correct .

Infact opening the .qgs file with an editor and see-ing the datasource
definition,
I see this situazione:

<datasource>dbname='./ucs.sqlite' table="ucs2013" (geometry)
sql="vl1_2013_2010" = 1</datasource>

AFAIK the sql definition seem wrong.
Infact the double-quote don't delimit only the sql attribute.
The string " = 1" is outfrom the double-quote.

But the qgis no error report when it open the file.
Is this correct situation in a qgis project file ?
