[Qgis-user] Question On Geopackage

QGIS 2.12 and Ubuntu 14.04

I can convert a data layer into a geopackage. If I connect to that 
package through DB Manager I'm unable to drag and drop another layer 
into the Geopackage. I get a:

Error 11

Connection to database failed

I'm thinking this is expected behavior but I wanted to check. Randy
