[Qgis-user] QGIS dont retrieve the legend with the scale

Hi,
I notice the last QGIS 2.12 (but also the previous qgis 2.10),
when adding a WMS layer don't retrieve the legend (request
getLegendGraphics) using
the scale parameter.

So it receive from the server many images how much are the distincts
styles in defined in the layers.

The OGC spcific for wms allow the request using the scale parameter to
permit to ask the legend always at the right scale level.

I remenber many time ago (qgis 2.2 or 2.4) this was supported.

Now I notice it seem no more available.

There is some setting to say to qgis to pass also the scale at the server wms ?
