[Qgis-user] Setting up a local user group: How to do it?

Hi Bernd,
I hope that you are aware of the german QGIS user group. They have a
meeting very soon, on September 25 in Kassel: http://www.qgis.de/
If you want to have a "more local" user group than on the country level,
then please coordinate with the german QGIS user group. I hope that you
can visit the german QGIS user meeting on September 25. Since the german
QGIS user group is rather new (they already have user meetings for some
years though) - I think every help they can get would be useful. Maybe
you can help them with the german user group first, and then try to
organize something more local (Bavaria/Franken).
