National groups might work in small countries in the sense I envision such
a group. I would prefer face-to-face contacts with people from around.
But of course it's better to have some national starter initiative than
having nothing.
Just downloaded the application form for the Verein.
Having these structures will definitely enhance the stuff with donations
(tax refunds?) and crowd-funding I guess.
