[Qgis-user] vector shp from NAD83 (CSRS98) to UTM WGS84

Ah, that's right, forgot to mention, that's why I use the provincial GSB[1]
in BC for CSRS transformations.

The license is a little different =) You have to get written permission
(could be via email) to use the GSB in that FTP.

"The NTv2 SOFTWARE, GIRD SHIFT FILES and PROCEDURES are provided by the
Base Mapping & Geomatics Services Branch (BMGS) for the transformation
of NAD27 and/or NAD83 data holdings to the latest public versions of
NAD83. They are available only to members of the Capital Regional
District, Greater Vancouver Regional District, Municipal Partners and
others at the discretion of BMGS. No further distribution of NTv2
SOFTWARE, GRID SHIFT FILES and PROCEDURES, in any form, either in whole
or in part, is permitted."
