[Qgis-user] Irregular map frame with transparent mask?

Works like a charm.

Thanks Frank for the tip! Quick and easy:
- copy a feature
- paste as memory layer
- put it on top
- choose 'Inverted polygons' as Symbology
- fiddle with transparency

Is worth a blog post somewhere if you ask me :-)
