[Qgis-user] QGIS - HTML

Hello,

I´m using QGIS 2.18.23, in the composer, I added a HTML frame with the <fildset> TAG,
like the print attached

but, the fieldset is not clickable, the same happens with the <textarea> TAG
could someone help or explain this?

  <fieldset>
  <legend>Contact</legend>

  <textarea rows="3" cols="50" placeholder="Adress"></textarea>
