[Qgis-user] Problem running v.net.salesman

I have a road network and a set of points. And I want to find the shortest
route visiting all points.

v.net.salesman should solve this problem but I get this error message:
"ERROR: Not enough cities (< 2)" when I run it.

I have seen suggestion that I need to connect my points layer to my network
(line vector layer) using v.net. But I still get the same error.
