[Qgis-user] Creating the user profiles

Hi,

When we install QGIS on devices we have a series of customisations particular to our work environment but I notice that the user profile is only generated when the user opens the application for the first time. I was wondering whether a simple python script as shown on 1. Introduction - QGIS Documentation documentation<https://docs.qgis.org/3.16/en/docs/pyqgis_developer_cookbook/intro.html> would be enough to generate the profiles but does that python method actually create a profile if it doesn't exist?

Also, is it possible to override the profile path as this is how we are handling the customisation using the --profile-path?

Thanks in advance,
Paul
