Whats the Source of the origin map, a TIF -Picture, a WMS, or Verktor Data?

When converting Maps to raster format WGS 84 Geographic (3d) (EPSG4327), raster layer output after conversion shows only a colored image but not original map image.
Settings used for Conversion:
