Hi Hugh,
such issue occurs since QGIS LTR 3.40.4 and QGIS 3.42.0 (and will be 
fixed in QGIS LTR 3.40.6 and QGIS 3.42.2), while Krishna Konduru is 
reportedly using QGIS 3.34.15.
