The issue reported at https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/60807 didn't 
occur using QGIS 3.34.15, so it cannot be the root cause of the issue 
reported by Krishna Konduru. Moreover, the issue reported at 
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/60807 only occurs when trying to 
display EPSG3857 layers in a EPSG:5514 or EPSG:8353 project, while 
Krishna Konduru reports that the issue occurs even trying to display 
EPSG3857 layers in a EPSG3857 project.

Using QGIS 3.34.15 there was normally no issue displaying XYZ Tiles 
layers, like the OpenStreetMap one.

Unfortunately, the info provided by Krishna Konduru are not detailed 
enough to understand the root cause of the issue.
