[Qgis-user] QGIS 3.40.10 and QGIS 3.40.7 – Python Support Disabled After Second Launch of QGIS

Dear QGIS Support Team,
We are facing a recurring issue with QGIS Desktop on our new Windows multi-session machine.

  *
On first launch, QGIS loads fine with Python support and plugins.
  *
On second launch, Python support fails with the error:

Environment

  *
QGIS 3.40.10 (Bratislava) – new server
  *
QGIS 3.40.7 – old server (works fine for same users)

Steps Already Tried

  *
Created new QGIS profiles
  *
Reinstalled QGIS (offline installer)
  *
Renamed/deleted profiles\default
  *
Copied working profiles from old server
  *
Edited user.py to handle exist_ok=True and file checks
  *
Deleting expressions works only once → error returns on next launch

Request
Could you please confirm what's the solution to the issue with QGIS is and advise on a permanent fix?
