[Qgis-user] can't open QGIS

Hello,

When I try to open QGIS (after having downloaded it successfully on MacOS) it says that it won't open since "Apple couldn't verify that it's free from sabotage programmez that can damage the computer or adventure your integrity".

The options are then only to move it to the trash or click "Done". Neither of the options starts the programme.

Question:

Is it safe to download the programme?
  *
How do I move forward to open the programme?
