[Qgis-user] python scripts in the console have stopped working

REcently I upgradded a couple of times to.  Now it seems that the 
scripts that I use in the console to load raster and vector files into 
groups no longer work.

I can see in the console that the execute command gets run, but that is 
all that it does.

Any ideas on what might have happened?
