[Qgis-user] Update QGIS-Desktop

According to this page:

PDQ Deploy is able to run an uninstall based upon the name of the software.

In the example the match is made just by the registry key containing the 
/displayname /of the program (starting with "QGis"),
one could easily extend that to match also on the publisher ("QGIS.org").

This way one can uninstall /all/ previous (side-by-side) versions.
