 Mark Lucas has hosted www.remotesensing.org since around 2000, but it is
 currently down and not convenient for him to continue managing.  I'd like
 to set up minimal hosting for this so at least the primary urls for PROJ,
 libtiff, geotiff, and GDAL continue to work.  I plan to set it up on
 download.osgeo.org (similarly to www.gdal.org).
