I think Martin was doing some clean up on the machine where previous
FOSS4g sites are hosted. But as Frank points out, if someone on the
local committee has OCS experience or you know someone else in the
community we could use their expertise.

It should be simple to setup, as it's a php app, on any machine we
already have mysql on. That said I've never done it and I'm no php
expert, especially when it comes to securing such a site from rogue bots.
