For our master repository, where we focus on quality over quantity, I

I suggest we additionally have a bunch of git branches, each branch can
focus on a use case, such as "Minimum Viable Docset for Mobile Apps".
In future we could potentially add all good use cases into a separate
product, a suite of best practice examples.
Erin, I suggest you initially put your templates into a "dev" or
"development" branch, which we can then ruthlessly
review/trim/refine/merge with something else/...

I think we should aim for one document per doctype, with flexibility
within the template. And that is what we produce for a release 1.0.
But I expect that over time we will discover reasons to have a few
documents per doctype. (Similar to Creative Commons having CC0, CC-By,
CC-By-SA, ...)
