[SoC] Geoserver report #9

Hello, 
 I made only little progress this week. 

What was done this week?
1. I have designed a table with informations about future hierarchies
2. I have created procedure that will create the info table.
3. I have designed functions to select corresponding part of hierarchy.

What will be done next week?
1. Implementing functions to select part of hierarchy.
2. Form for comfortably inserting of client's SQL commands.

Problems?
None.
