[SoC] Weekly Report - ScribeUI

*Week 7:*
*Work done:*
Still working on the python back-end. For me, this involved actually
learning python, which is why things are pretty slow right now. I managed
to get scribeUI to work with the new scribe.py script without breaking.
*Next week: *
Now that Scribe and scribeui coexist, I need to finish up the group
management part in the back-end, which is still controlled by the BD.
*Problems Encountered: *
I didn't get stuck on anything really, but everything is very slow because
I am not familiar with the language and the code.
