[SoC] Weekly Report 4 - "Object based Image Fusion and Change Detection tools for Opticks."

Hi all,
My report goes as :

   1. *Work done in the week *: Understood the fusion algorithm(OO-GLSI) to
   be implemented and wrote a standalone code for it, working fine with small
   images.
   2. *Problems faced : *None
   3. *Work to be done next week : *Make a new plug in for fusion and
   integrate the algorithm in the plug in, Work with the GUI part,
