[SoC] QGIS Resource Repository - GSoC Weekly Report #4

Hello all,

What I did this week?
* Added support for the colorramps in the symbols application of
qgis-django.
* Expanded the API to more URL calls based on the feedback from my mentor
* Started working on the qgis desktop application to add the functionality
of getting resources from remote locations. Made the URL a configurable
settings. Building and working on the GUI of Symbol Import/Export dialog to
make use of the qgis-django API.

What I plan to do next Week?
* Finish the integration of the qgis-django API with the symbol Import
dialog.
