[SoC] GSoC Weekly Report #2 - Create a title block from the library in the Layout of gvSIG

Hi all,

this is the summary of my second week:

• What did I do this week?

- Providing functionality to the buttons I created the past week.
- Generating the panels to create the library of title blocks.


• What will I be working on next week?

- I will continue with modelling the title blocks and the generation of
standard margins.
- If I had time, I would like to start with the functionality of saving the
title block in .GVB format.


• Did I meet with any stumbling blocks?

- It's rather difficult to understand the new way of creating a plugin in
gvSIG 2.0, I have to get used to programming in it...
