[SoC] GSoC Weekly Report #14 - Design and implement an API for tiled vectorial support of POIProxy for gvSIG Mini

Hi,

this week I've been writing several sequence diagrams to make clear the
workflow of the application. Still have to upload them to the wiki of gvSIG
Mini.

Several minor fixes still to do to release a public build, probably I will
continue working on it on my spare time during next weeks.
