[SoC] Looking for mentor for GSoc (GraphHopper/Neo4J)

sorry, sure will do that. I'm not that familiar with GSoC e.g. I did not
register there and so cannot access the group info. I was contacted
off-list via my GraphHopper project. And now I don't wanted that his
proposal gets rejected because of a missing mentor or something.
