[SoC] GSoC Report Week 5 - WNS Service

Hi everyone

This week I updated the way the sql queries are handled, so that the parameters are checked to avoid safety issues.
Also, I decided to abandon the thread approach for the notifications in favor of the scheduler.

Next week I will start to implement the handling of notifications via the scheduler

Currently everything is going well and I'm not facing any problem
