[SoC] Adding new geometry API to OGR for GDAL

Hi all,

Here is my report for Week 7 -

What did you get done this week?
I finished PG testing and looked up OGR driver architecture for ESRI
Shapefile, as well as official documentation and all references I need for
this week's work.

What do you plan on doing next week?
Modify the Shapefile driver to support TIN for MultiPatch in Shapefile.

 Are you blocked on anything?
No.
