[SoC] Adding new geometries to OGR API for GDAL

Hi all,

Here is my report for last week -

What did you get done this week?
I was occupied with other work for some part of the week, so I was unable
to achieve as much as I would have liked. However, as according to my
schedule, I worked on exposing Multipatch in Shapefile as TIN and
GeometryCollection.

What do you plan on doing next week?
Complete the remaining work on Shapefile and start working on GML driver.

Are you blocked on anything?
No.
