[SoC] GSoC Application

Hi everyone,



I'm a CS student at Università di Trento, Italy and would like to apply for
GSoC through OSGeo.
I have been talking with Vicky Vergara and Daniel Kastl on how to improve
pgRouting.
My idea is to add functionality to solve the maximum flow problem, which
pgRouting does not currently have.
I have submitted a draft through the GSoC website and would like some
feedback.
