[SoC] GSoC 2017: Implement Connected Components Algorithms for pgRouting by the Boost Graph Library

Hi Everyone,

My name is Maoguang Wang, a second year Information and Computational
Science undergraduate from Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU) in Xi’an,
Shaanxi, China.

This is my time to take part in the GSoC. I am looking forward a wonderful
summer with coding and pgRouting. :)

The main idea of my project is to add three BGL functionalities to
