[SoC] GSoC Introduction- Sourabh Garg

Hi everyone!

I'm Sourabh Garg, pursuing Integrated Dual Degree from IIT(BHU), India. I
am very grateful to OSGeo for giving me the opportunity to work with them
via GSoC'18.

I will be working on "Implementing Parallel Dijkstra's algorithm by the
Parallel BGL and Bellman-ford algorithm"  in pgrouting under the guidance
of Vicky Vergara and Daniel Kastl.
