[SoC] Week4 Report - Implement Geospatial Data Viewer in pgAdmin4 for PostGIS

This is my report for week 4(June 4 - 10) .

*What did you get done this period?*

   - Add openlayers map and render the parsed result data in the map [1].

*What do you plan on doing next week?*

   - Implement map that can render geometries with different coordinate
   systems.

*Are you blocked on anything?*
