gvSIG Desktop GSoC2020 project * [1]. If you have any question or

*What did you get done this week?*

   - Create TopologyRuleMustCoverEachOtherPolygon test plan. [2]
   - Create a new rule documentation and new fixes actions documentation.
   [3]
   - Weekly report. [4]

*What do you plan on doing next week?*

   - Code TopologyRuleMustCoverEachOtherPolygon implementation.
   - Create CreateFeature and DeleteFeature actions.
   - Test and debug the code.
   - Weekly report.

*Are you blocked on anything?*

   - NO
