[SoC] GSoC 2021: Implement 3D scene visualization support to MapMint

Hello everyone,

This is my report of the work done in the 5th week of the Coding Period
from 5th July – 11th July.

*What have I done this week?*

-        Working on creating a ZOO Configuration File for Loading 3D data
to Cesium Dashboard.

-        Working on creating JS script as the Service Provider.

-        Studied about OGC API and read content regarding Web Processing
Services.

*My Plans for the Next Week*

-        Continue with my work on ZOO Services and WPS.

-        Start with UI and integrate the backend with MapMint.

*Am I blocked on anything?*

-        No, I am not blocked on anything.
