[SoC] Integrating Zoo-services with QGIS week 9 report

The following is the report for week 9:
Tasks completed during the past week:-
 A docker file was created to perform the QGIS desktop setup and integrate
QGIS with Python[1]
Tasks for next week:
2. Work towards adding these steps to the Zoo-project's docker file.
