[SoC] Integrating ZOO-services with QGIS week 13 report and final report

 Report for week 13:
Tasks completed during the past week:-

   1. A new branch gsoc22[1], was created, which is a cleaned version of
   all the code written during GSoC. The files created for learning docker and
   for experimentation were removed, and the remaining files were reorganized.
   2. Minor bugs were corrected in the file functions implementing the
   affine transform[2], centroid estimation[3], and topological colouring [4].
   3. Reports from all weeks were added to the wiki of the repository[5],
   and a Guide for the code was compiled and added to the wiki[6].
   4. A draft for the final report[7] of the GSoC was written. I request
   the community for comments on the report.
