[SoC] GSoC 2023 - Coding Period - First Week Report - Implement SensorThings API standard in istSOS

Hello everyone.

Greetings of the day!

Following is the update of the work that I completed in the first week of
coding period:


   - Tasks accomplished:
   - Understanding the architecture and code base of the Sensor Things API
   for istSOS.
   - I Had a meeting with mentors.
   - Updated the postgreSQL database schema with various tables of the
   Sensor [1].
   - Thing APIs entities.
   - Add the dummy values in the database table for testing.
   - Had a meeting with Filippo Finke to discuss and integrate our work.


Task planned next week:

   - Integrating postgrest request API with database.
   - FastAPI integration with database.


Am I blocked on anything?

   - I am not currently blocked on anything.
