[SoC] GSoC 2023 - Coding Period - Third Week Report - Implement SensorThings API standard in istSOS

Hello everybody,

I am writing this email to provide an update on the work I have completed
during the third week of the coding period.

The following tasks have been accomplished:

- Researched possible implementations of Lexers, Parsers and Transpilers.
- Continued the implementation by starting to support the $filter query
option[^1].
- Added some unit tests to the converter.

_What did I plan to do the next week?_

- Keep working on the implementation of the $filter query option.
- Add more unit tests to the converter.

_Am I blocked on anything?_

- Final exams in the upcoming weeks, even though I will manage my schedule
efficiently to balance both commitments.
- Lack of prior experience with lexers and parsers, even though I am
confident that I will overcome this challenge successfully.
