[SoC] GSoC 2023 - Coding Period - Third Week Report - Implement SensorThings API standard in istSOS

Hello all,

Greetings of the day!

I am writing this email to provide an update on the work I completed during
the third week :

The following tasks have been accomplished:

   - Fixing errors in the database schema for Sensor Things API[1]
   - Successfully running database
   - Extracting datastream table data from database using FastAPI[1]
   - Studying basics of RDBMS



What did I plan to do next week?

   - Exploring travel time functions of a database (historical versioning)
   for  insert, update and delete and then retrieve data as it was in a given
   time instant.
   - Testing model that can be applied applied to consider all the
   observations type
   - Creating specific tables
   - Think at using unit data types (using Pg extension name units)


Am I blocked on anything?

   - No
