[Spanish] Fwd: [Board] Would you be concerned if the "GeoServices REST API" became an OGC standard?

Sin conocer a fondo la propuesta, pero a la vista de las argumentaciones
que he leído, esta estandarización es una auténtica tomadura de pelo.  Una
buena cantidad de razones están expresadas en los mensajes de la lista
"Public: Request for Public Comment on open RFC":

Sin entrar en aspectos más filosóficos detrás de la propuesta (cuyas
razones deduzco que se alejan mucho de favorecer  a la comunidad
geoespacial y a la interoperabilidad), creo que es especialmente
perjudicial para las  administraciones públicas que apuestan por el
cumplimiento de estándares y que en muchas ocasiones no pueden profundizar
en las cuestiones técnicas y comerciales de estas tecnologías... es decir,
creo que favorecería una mayor dependecia de un único proveedor de software
y/o un gran despilfarro y tiempo hasta contar con implementaciones
alternativas.

Por estas y muchas otras razones, espero que esta propuesta NO se
apruebe... y mucho menos sin corregir muchas de las deficiencias
reportadas, contar con implementaciones libres para su testeo, etc.
