[OSGeo-Standards] Metadata Standards and ISO 19139

Hi Landon,
FGDC is actively working with the GeoNetwork project to get  
transformation scenarios from FGDC to ISO 19139 embedded as a standard  
feature of GeoNetwork opensource.
