Oh, you were talking about including arcgis 9.2 support on TileCache,  
that I did not do indeed. The MapCache directory structure isn't  
complex and is well documented by ESRI actually.
It shouldn't be too hard to build it, but I don't know python so I  
can't/won't do it.
