[Tilecache] Huge dateline gap

Sounds good.  I'm going to take a stab at it, and will send you my edits.
Not sure how soon I'll get them done, but I'll start red-lining a print copy
of the doc while I ride the bus.  Should have something in the next couple
of weeks.
