[Ubuntu] unstable postgis_2.0.3-2~precise3 : binaries installed in wrong location

Hi,

postgis.install installs the raster2pgsql, pgsql2shp and shp2pgsql binaries in 
/usr instead of /usr/bin , which make them unreachable with standard PATH.

Looking at 
https://launchpadlibrarian.net/144790587/postgis_2.0.3-2~precise2_2.0.3-2~precise3.diff.gz 
, I also suspect that shp2pgsql-gui is installed in /usr
