Arnulf,

Just died?  I think this might be a bit premature.  I think VisCom
has too much on it's hands to be worried about managing all aspects
of the web site too, and I feel that a distinct web site committee
that manages the content and appearance of the web site is quite
justified.

In fact, I took Jo's most recent email on the subject to be supportive
of keeping WebCom as it's own going concern with a broad mandate to
develop content and organization for the web site.  Perhaps I need
to re-read it.

I also took that to be Jason's first choice of approach.

Of course, I do think it is necessary to have some overlap in membership
between VisCom and WebCom so that the messages mesh.
